How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: First ten minutes I was distracted, second ten minutes, I was falling asleep, the third ten minutes I was fairly focus and more-or-less awake. Nice to end on a high note! ;-)

Notes: I started my meditation with an agitated mind, but gradually calmed down. Not enough to sleep, though :-(
