Meditation: 30 minutes

When: 6:40 a.m.
How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: A bit distracted, but I was able to catch myself each time my mind wandered. Wow, random thoughts are so *interesting* during meditation! It's like having a cookie dangled in front of you when you're pekish. So hard to resist!
Meditation: 10 minutes
Where: Zafu
When: 10:00 p.m.
How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: Swirling, swirling mind. I hate meditating when I'm upset.
