40 minutes (30/10)

Meditation: 30 minutes
Where: Zafu
When: 7:45 a.m.
How: This was a good meditation. I was definitely distracted, but I was diligent in bringing my attention back to the passage. It's amazing the meandering paths my mind can take if I let it loose!

Meditation: 10 minutes
Where: Zafu
When: 9:35 p.m.
How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: A ten-minute meditation was the perfect way to conclude my day! I went to sleep immediately afterward. No problem sleeping after meditation, by the way. That used to be problem, but hasn't been for the past few weeks.
