How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: This morning, I was deeply body-tired from teaching so much (and so intensively) yesterday). I wasn't falling asleep, but I was very distracted. I had such a difficult time calming my mind and remaining present!
Meditation: 10 minutes
Where: Subway
When: 9:45 p.m.
How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: Given that I was on a moving train, I had a really nice meditation. This may become the norm on Thursdays because I'm travelling home so late.
