Notes: I had a difficult time staying awake this morning. I felt tired and heavy.

How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: I decided that sleep trumps meditation tonight. Ten minutes of meditation was a peaceful way to end my day, especially after playing ice hockey.
