Notes: I was fine in the first ten minutes, but really distracted near the end. I was interrupted midway though, which may have contributed to my lack of focus.

When: 9:45 p.m.
How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: I very rarely drink alcohol, but tonight I had two vodka coolers. I discovered where the expression 'buzzed' comes from. My entire body was buzzing!
