Notes: Very sleepy. Late hockey game last night, plus I don't think I've been getting enough sleep lately. Took a nap in the morning and I'm going to work on an earlier bedtime (or shorter evening meditation on nights when I am working)

Notes: Less sleepy tonight, though I was a bit dozey near the end. I tried out the Mobile Meditator zafu tonight. It's an adjustment because air isn't as 'solid' as buckwheat hulls, but once I settled in, it was very comfortable.
