How: 5 minutes Prayer of St. Francis
Notes: Thank goodness for meditation! I was upset and full of anxiety, didn't know how I would ever get to sleep. Five minutes of meditation put on the path to sleep, followed by binural beats and silent recitation of my mantra. I was out cold in less than 10 minutes.
