Notes: Terrible, terrible, terrible. I actually sat and picked at my nails for the last two minutes. I felt like a big meditation loser. When did this become so hard?

Notes: Better! I was in an energetic mood and my meditation was very focused. It helped knowing I only had 10 minutes to sit.
