I don't say much here, I just track my meditation practice.
I've been meditating sporadically since 2001. I started using the Easwaran 'Passage Meditation' method in 2003. Currently, I do a combination of Passage Meditation and Breath Focus meditation, ranging from 5 minutes to a half-hour.
This year, I've been trying to ease back into a regular meditation practice (with mixed success). This blog is part of my 'Grand Plan' to make daily meditation a part of my life again.
My goal is to meditate at least 5 minutes every day, eventually working my way up to a consistent half-hour daily meditation practice.
