How: Passage Meditation ('Twin Verses' from the Buddha, Dhamapada)
Notes: My brain did not want to co-operate this morning. It was agonizing. Sometimes, I find that the passage meditation method just doesn’t work for me. I just stick with the breath. That’s what I ended up doing today.
