Where: Zafu, at my altar (finally cleared the stuff off of it so I could use if properly)
When: 7:50 p.m.
How: 5 minutes Prayer of St. Francis, 5 minutes breath focus
Afterward: Headed to the ice rink to play the first game of the winter season. Lost 4-2
